Return Policy

At In Bloom! Publishers, we take great care to ensure that every book you receive is of the highest quality. As books are considered intellectual property and non-returnable goods in most jurisdictions, we generally do not accept returns unless a book arrives damaged or defective.

1. Returns for Damaged or Defective Books

If your book arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect (such as missing pages or printing errors), we are happy to offer a replacement or refund under the following conditions:

  • You must notify us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • The book must be in unused condition with no markings, highlights, or alterations.
  • You must provide clear photographic evidence of the damage, including images of the outer packaging (if applicable).
  • If a replacement is requested and available, we will send it at no additional cost. If a replacement is unavailable, we will issue a refund.

2. Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Books purchased in error (wrong title, format, or duplicate orders).
  • Change of mind or buyer’s remorse.
  • Books that have been read, used, or show signs of wear.
  • Digital products such as eBooks or audiobooks, which are non-returnable once accessed.

3. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before shipping has occurred. Once an order has been processed and shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

4. How to Request a Return or Refund

To initiate a return or refund for a damaged book, please email info@inbloompublishers.com with:

  1. Your order number.
  2. A clear description and photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
  3. Your preference for a replacement or refund (if applicable).

Our customer support team will review your request within 3 business days and provide instructions on how to proceed.

5. Refunds Processing

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. International Orders

For international orders, we are unable to accept returns due to high shipping costs.
